Approval of minutes - Regular Meeting of November 8, 2005

 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons desiring to address the Commission on any matter not on this agenda and over which the Commission has jurisdiction. Speakers are limited to five minutes. Please state your name and address for the record before making your presentation.

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Should anyone challenge any proposed action which is the subject of a Public Hearing listed on this Agenda or otherwise, that person may be limited to raising those issues addressed at the Public Hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at or prior to this Public Hearing.

1. Tentative Parcel Map No. 11314: a proposal to subdivide 1,374.22 acres into 31 parcels and three non-buildable lettered parcels on property located along the north side of 7th Standard Road, west of Calloway Canal, with parcels ranging in size from 22.56 acres to 100.14 acres.

 

2. Zone Change No. 05-30/Tentative Tract No. 6540: a proposal to change the zoning on 19.55 acres from CF (Community Facilities) to R-1 (Low Density Residential) and to subdivide the property into 84 single family residential lots and one sump lot, with proposed lot sizes ranging from 6,528 square feet to 10,564 square feet. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of Mark Avenue and North Valley Street and is designated for Low Density Residential (LR) development.

3. Heritage Ranch Specific Plan (No. 05-03): A request to adopt a mixed use specific plan (by ordinance) on approximately 263 acres of land located on the north side of Seventh Standard Road between the Friant-Kern Canal and Calloway Canal in an SP (Specific Zoned) District.
