The City of Shafter has adopted a Subdivision Engineering and Design Manual.  The full manual and all city standard details are now available online at the link below.  The manual has been made available in electronic format for the benefit of developers and engineers who wish to construct within the City of Shafter.  The manual and details are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, so you will need to download and install the free adobe acrobat reader to view the online manual.  Click here to download and install the reader

In addition, city standard details are also available in Dimensional CALS format.  Dimensional CALS format are essentially high resolution image files which will allow engineers to import city standard details directly into AutoCAD.  Click here for more information
