The GIS Office provides city staff and the public with high quality printable maps, as well as interactive web mapping applications. The office manages over 200 spatial data layers, each integrating directly with the needs of our City departments. The data is regularly reviewed by GIS staff and the corresponding department that collects or manages the changes. The GIS office utilizes a Small Government License Agreement with ESRI, Inc. which allows for the display and editing of city assets in the field, dramatically increasing efficiency for our staff. Our goal is to provide our citizenry with accurate, easy to consume maps and applications that are mobile/tablet friendly!
