CONSENT CALENDAR:
All items on the consent calendar are considered to be
routine and non-controversial by City staff and will be approved by one motion
if no member of the Council or public wishes to comment or ask questions. If
comment or discussion is desired by anyone, the item will be removed from the

opportunity for any member of the public to address the Council concerning the

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Should anyone challenge any proposed action which is the
subject of a Public Hearing listed on this Agenda or otherwise, that person may
be limited to raising those issues addressed at the Public Hearing, or in
written correspondence delivered to the City Council at or prior to this Public
Hearing.
1. Zone Change No. 05-30/Tentative Tract No. 6540: a
proposal to change the zoning on 19.55 acres from CF (Community Facilities) to
R-1 (Low Density Residential) and to subdivide the property into 84 single
family residential lots and one sump lot, with proposed lot sizes ranging from
6,528 square feet to 10,654 square feet. The subject property is located at the
northwest corner of Mark Avenue and North Valley Street and is designated for
Low Density Residential (LR) development. (City Manager Guinn)

1. Acceptance of Target Grant: authorize expenditure of
Target Grant in the amount of $1,205 and approve appropriate budget amendments.

4. Abatement of Property Located at 464 Gibson Lane:
authorize the demolition of public nuisance at 464 Gibson Lane in amount not to

5. Establishment of Formation Fee for new Landscape and
Lighting District: adoption of Resolution No. 06-1811 setting fee of $1,500.

6. Budget Amendment for new Building Inspector Position and
New Building Permit Revenue Projections: approve expenditure amendment of
$38,500 for new Building Inspector II position and revenue amount of an
