There will be no booth fee to participate as a vendor. However, all food vendors will need a copy of their current Health Permit submitted with their application and a copy of their liability insurance. Should you not have insurance, the City does provide the option to purchase the insurance. The deadline for all vendor applications will be Friday, September 22 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Fees to purchase the Certificate of Liability from the City of Shafter:
- Exhibitors (No Sales) or Concessionaries (Non-Food Sales) - $66 - Per Day/Per Exhibitor or Concessionaire
- Concessionaries (Food Sales) - $100 - Per Day/Per Concessionaire
